When you enjoy your work, you’re doing something that matches your interests, strengths and values. Your work reflects the person you really are.
In a career coaching session, we’ll uncover what those skills, values, strengths and values are.We’ll acknowledge your current commitments and needs and look at ways to overcome some challenges. We may uncover limiting beliefs and we’ll open up possibilities for a lasting change.
I will help you to explore work and training options and what you can do to move towards the work and career that is right for you.
How many sessions will you need? It depends on how much support, advice and guidance you need. But more often than not, my clients need just or two sessions to uncover their options, give them the information, ideas and confidence they need to move forward.
Cost: £85 per session.
Length of session: Each session - which can be face to face with me in Brighton, or on Zoom - is for an hour to an hour and a half.
Afterwards: I type up and send to you a summary of all we’ve talked about
