I’m a writer; I write books. I’m also a teacher / trainer and coach.
Both my teaching and writing are concerned with personal and professional development, relationships, well being and mental health.
For more than 20 years, I’ve delivered courses and workshops for community education and training organisations, business’s and organisations, NGO’s and the University of Sussex.
I aim to support people in their personal and professional lives to:

As well as writing books, I write for magazines and websites. I’ve written articles for Psychologies, Female First, Women’s Health, Stylist and Readers Digest. I also contribute to Welldoing
